1. General Rules
1.1. Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance, subject to availability. Walk-ins are accommodated based on space and time availability.
1.2. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reservation to check in. Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime.
1.3. Attire: Golf or athletic attire is recommended. Non-marking shoes must be worn on the simulator mats.
1.4. Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. TeeUp reserves the right to remove individuals engaging in inappropriate or disruptive conduct.
2. Use of Equipment
2.1. Simulator Use: Customers must handle all equipment with care. Misuse or intentional damage may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
2.2. Own Equipment: Personal golf clubs are allowed, but they must be clean and free from debris. Damaged clubs or unsafe equipment are prohibited.
2.3. Customers should follow all provided instructions for a safe and accurate experience.
3. Booking and Cancellation Policies
3.1. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
3.2. Cancellations:
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.
3.3. No-Shows: Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. After this time, the booking may be released, and no refund will be provided.
4. Liability and Safety
4.1. Assumption of Risk: Customers use the facilities at their own risk. TeeUp is not responsible for personal injury or loss/damage to personal belongings.
4.2. Health and Safety: Customers must disclose any health conditions that may affect their ability to use the simulators safely.
4.3. Children: Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Facility Policies
5.1. Food and Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless pre-approved. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
5.2. Cleanliness: Please keep the studio clean. Dispose of trash in designated bins.
5.3. Damages: Any damage caused to TeeUp property due to misuse or negligence may result in charges to the customer.
6. Privacy and Data Usage
6.1. Personal Information: By making a booking, you consent to TeeUp collecting and storing your contact details for operational and promotional purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
TeeUp reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes via our website or in-studio announcements.
